Darlene Carlton, 81, of Odessa, TX passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2024, in Odessa, TX.

The visitation will be from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Sunday, August 4, 2024, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home in Odessa, TX. 

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, August 5, 2024, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with Reverend Blake Odell of First Baptist Church of Eldorado, officiating. A burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home of Odessa. 

Darlene was born in Pampa, TX. to Donald and Lovey Riley on May 25, 1943, and was a graduate of Pampa High School class of 1961. She married Bob Carlton on June 11, 1983, at Temple Baptist Church in Odessa, TX. She worked as a co-owner and secretary at ABC Rental Center as well as a homemaker. 

Darlene is preceded in death by her parents, Don and Lovey Riley; and her granddaughter, Amber Rosales. 

Darlene is survived by her husband, Bob; son, Bret Martin and wife Connie; daughters, Dawnya Tomlinson and husband Gerald, Kimberly Adams, Robin Teeter and husband Chris; son, Bobby Carlton; daughters, Heather Jensen, Keisha Holly; grandsons, Richard Barrera, Tyler Tomlinson and wife Paige, Tucker Tomlinson, Tanner Jensen, Cody Carlton, Levi Carlton, Zachary Carlton, Lane Eckel; granddaughters, Bretton Martin, Brooke Martin, Briley Martin, Paige Adams, Pearl Adams, Courtney Teeter, Violet Carlton, Dakota Carlton, Laci Eckel, Alex Eckel; great grandson, Atlas Rosales; and great granddaughters, Ella Rosales, and Everleigh Tomlinson. 

Pallbearers will be Bret Martin, Gerald Tomlinson, Tyler Tomlinson, Tucker Tomlinson, Gage Martin, and Luke Wallace.
