Gregory Dayney

October 20, 1955 — September 9, 2014

On September 9, 2014 old Texan Gregg Dayney took his final lap.

Funeral Services will be on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel at 4 PM with Reverend Larry Hood officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

He is preceded in death by his son, CJ Dayney.

He is survived by crew chief Wilmah wife, son, Shane Jess and their crew, Quinton, Payton, Houston and little CJ, son Mikey Echo and a little one on the way and Darcy and Brooklynn, daughter, Megan and father, Richard Dayney. Loved by specialty crew Michael, Tony and Autumn.

Some say he did his best thinking at the race track. Never settled for less than first. Homie lived life to the fullest. He will forever be in our hearts.
