Gustavo Ramos Gonzalez

Gustavo Gonzalez, 85, of Odessa, passed away on December 31^st of 2023 in Odessa Texas.

Visitation will be from 6-8pm on Thursday, January 4^th, 2024, and funeral services will be held at 3pm on Friday January 5^th, 2024, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints giving the blessing. A burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Gustavo was born in Ojinaga Chihuahua Mexico to Antonio Gonzalez and Guadalupe Ramos on January 17th, 1938. He married Adela Olmos on March 28^th, 1959, in Potrero del Llano. They were married for 64 years and have a daughter LuDivina Navarrette, and son, Mark Gonzalez. Gustavo worked in construction, lastly for Salsbury Industries.

Gustavo is preceded in death by parents, Antonio Gonzalez and Guadalupe Ramos, and siblings, Dominga Gonzalez, Jose Gonzalez, Roberto Gonzalez, Paulo Gonzalez, Cenorina Neira, and Juanita Ortega.

Gustavo is survived by wife, Adela Gonzalez, children, LuDivina Navarrette and Mark Gonzalez, siblings, Ruth Carasco and Pilar Molinar, grandchildren Theodore Navarrette, Afton Young, and Adela Navarrette, great-grandchildren Jaedynn Navarrette and Asher Young, as well as many nieces and nephews.
