Hazel Crone

On June 17, 2013 at the age of 96, Hazel Lee Crone went to be with the Lord.

Mrs. Crone was born July 14, 1916 in Hollis, Oklahoma to Goldie and Frank Lockwood.

Hazel was preceded in death by her husband L.D. Crone her parents two sisters, Maudie Lockwood and Lola Palmer of Amarillo, Texas, and two brothers, Dalton Lockwood and Milton Lockwood of Altus, Oklahoma.

Mrs. Crone operated an inhome child day care for over 40 years. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church and CrossRoads Fellowship for 43 years.

Hazel enjoyed cooking, crocheting, family gatherings and having yard sales. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and greatgrandmother.

Residing in Odessa since 1959, Mrs. Crone is survived by two daughters, Linda Bolden and Diana Allen, of Odessa three grandchildren Larry Bolden and Dr. Edward Allen of Odessa, Chloe Allen of Austin, Texas one greatgrandchild, Krysten Bolden of Odessa one brother James Lockwood of Altus, Oklahoma many nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
