Howard Lee Morrow, 92, of Odessa, passed away November 19, 2021, in Llano, Texas.
Viewing will be at 9:00 AM, Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, followed by Graveside Services at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Paul Thompson officiating.
Howard was born in El Paso, Texas on July 14, 1929, to Julia Records and Willie Morrow. His family moved to Borger, Texas when he was five, where he met and married his wife, Lillie Faye McDonald, on December 24, 1947. They were married for 68 years until she went to the Lord on September 27, 2016.
Howard worked for Phillips Petroleum in Borger, Texas and had three children. He was transferred to Odessa, Texas in 1964 and raised his family.
His surviving children are Mike Morrow from Ruidoso, New Mexico; Christy Lee Alexander, and son-in-law, Brian Alexander from Llano, Texas; and Pat Neal, and son-in-law, Bill Neal form Odessa. Howard had 10 grandchildren, Matthew Lee of Marietta, Georgia; Michael Lee of Dacula, Georgia; Phillip Neal of Odessa, Texas; Amanda Sherkawy of San Antonio, Texas; Angela Rodriguez of Andrews, Texas; Tammy Mann of San Angelo, Texas; Jason Morrow Hicks of Sterling City, Texas; Josh Morrow of Amarillo, Texas; Nathan Morrow of Amarillo, Texas; and Erica Barton of Amarillo, Texas; as well as 17 great grandchildren.
Howard was an outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping with friends and family. His hobby was building balsa wood airplanes to give away to friends and family. He will be missed by all.
