Ileana Cagle, 83, of Odessa, passed away Sunday, March 23, 2014, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa. She was a member of First United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Cagle was born in Elmore City, Oklahoma on April 5,1930. She married Rad R. Cagle on January 21,1950. He preceded her in death on January 21,1994. Her parents, Ira and Nancy Bradley, and her brother, Toby Bradley, also precede her in death.

Mrs. Cagle is survived by her daughter, Kim Passmore and husband Tom of Odessa her two granddaughters, Paige Halphen and husband David of Odessa, and Katie Coultress and husband George of Fort Worth her brothers, Harold Bradley of League City, and Bill Bradley and wife Jan of Farmington, New Mexico and her niece, Sheila Mathews and husband Butch, also of Farmington.

Mrs. Cagle, Babbie, loved living in West Texas, spending time at her home in Ruidoso, New Mexico, listening to southern gospel music, cooking, dancing, and playing slot machines. While her husband, Poppie, was still living, they loved taking long vacations all over the United States and Canada in their motor coach. Most of all, Babbie loved the Lord and her family. She was an extremely giving and caring woman who touched the lives of many. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

The family will hold a private memorial for Mrs. Cagle at a later date. In lieu of floral gifts, they ask that donations be made to Home Hospice of Odessa. The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to Dr. Lawrence Voesack, M.D. of Home Hospice, and the nursing staff at Medical Center Hospital, floors 4 and 8.
