Jacqueline Annette Rowe Blevins "Jackie", age 49, was received into the loving arms of our Lord Jesus on February 3, 2015 in Austin, TX.

Jackie was born December 23, 1965 to Joy Ann and Johnny Lee Rowe in Spring, TX. She attended Permian High School. Jackie was a force to be reckoned with, blessed with beauty, grace, intelligence and an unforgettable personality. She was a free spirit and wild heart in every sense of the word. She never left any stone unturned and never met a stranger. To know her was to love her. Her laughter and nonchalant way of seeing life was contagious. Although she had many demons she could not conquer she was always willing to help others conquer theirs. In Jackie's time on this earth her greatest accomplishment was her daughter Heather Jo. Jackie will continue to live on through her and her three grandsons.

Jackie is survived by her daughter, Heather Jo McGlothlin of Odessa, TX; mother, Joy Ann Bell of Odessa, TX; father, Johnny Lee Rowe of Breckenridge, TX; brother, Johnny Mark Rowe of San Antonio, TX and three grandsons, Kole, Drue and Halen of Odessa, TX.

Visitation will be Friday, February 6, 2015 from 6-8 PM at Sunset Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be at 10 AM, Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Ivy Shelton officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
