James Hill Jr.

James Buddy David Hill Jr., age 53, of Odessa, Texas, passed away May 1, 2014 at Medical Center Hospital.

Graveside services will be at 7PM on Saturday, May 3, 2014 with Father David Herrera officiating at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

James Hill Jr. was born in Odessa, Texas on May 29, 1960 to James David Hill Sr. and Jessie Mae Jerry Stroup Hill. He graduated from Permian High School in 1978. He was an Industrial Mechanic and worked for General Machine, CSI and Lamar.

He loved BBQs, fishing and traveling with family, especially to Cloudcroft, New Mexico and Holly, Texas. He was a very generous and giving man. He especially was giving to St. Judes. Buddy had many friends and loved ones.

He is preceded in death by his Mother and Father James David Hill Sr. and Jessie Mae Jerry Stroup Hill and his Brotherinlaw David Young.

He is survived by his Sisters Cathy Young of Sachse, Texas and Christy Smith and husband Chris of Midland, Texas.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers please make donations to St. Judes.
