James Holland

James M. Holland, age 76, of Odessa, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2012 in Odessa.

He was born on November 27, 1935 in Donna, Texas to James Caldwell Holland and Beatrice Elizabeth Lawhon. He served in the Marine Corp. and was a service engineer for 30 years for B. J. Services.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Eugene Holland and Donnie Holland. He is also preceded in death by his sisters Audrey M. Lewis, Catherine Rogers, and Velmarie Ernst.

James is survived by his wife Dana Jeanette Holland, his sons Jimmy and Dean Holland, and daughter Tina Park, 7 grandchildren and 5 greatgrandchildren all of Texas. His is also survived by his sisters Louise Johnson of California and Betty Lou Holland of Texas, his brother Billy Jack Holland of Texas, and many nieces and nephews.

Private family services will be held at a later date with Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
