Janet Baker

Janet Marilyn Baker, age 61, of Odessa, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2012 in Odessa after a hard fight with her illness.

She was born October 27, 1950 in Gatesville, Texas to Earl EJ Ray and Pansy Lee Richardson Ray. She was raised in Odessa and graduated from Odessa High School in 1969. She married Tony Baker January 25, 1986 in Odessa. She worked 30 years in the Convenience Store Industry.

She is survived by her husband, Tony Baker of Odessa her mother Pansy Ray of Odessa her daughter, Tiffany Baker and Brian Baggett of Odessa her sisters, Patsy Yearout of Palestine, Texas and Donna Ray of Pasadena, Texas and three grandchildren, Devin, Tristan, and Taylor.

Visitation with the family will be 68 PM Friday, February 10, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home. Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with David Newton officiating.
