Jarrell Driver

Jarrell Robert Driver, age 60, of Midland TX, passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2022, in Midland TX, after a short battle with cancer.

In lieu of a formal visitation, the family will be receiving guests at the home on Friday, September 23, 2022, from 6 PM to 8 PM, at 1204 Castle Rock Court, Midland TX, 79705.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Billy Raies officiating. Arrangements are made by Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.

Jarrell was born in Odessa TX to Richard and Jeanne Driver on September 17, 1962. He went to school in Odessa and graduated from Permian High School in 1981. He married Leesa Marie Janssen on March 16th, 1991, in Odessa. He worked in the oil industry all his adult life, working his way up to become the general manager of Rod and Tubing Services. He was a member of Sovereign Grace Church.

Jarrell is preceded in death by his wife Leesa Janssen Driver, mother Jeanne Driver, Father Richard Driver, and brother Richard Driver.

Jarrell is survived by son, Kyle Jarrell Driver; fiancé, Cindy Phillips; sisters, Dana Driver Manion and husband Mark, Jeanne Anne Driver Mauck, and husband Chris; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Janssen; brother-in-law, Richard Janssen and wife Helen; brother-in-law, David Janssen and wife Mary; and many nieces and nephews, and a host of other family members as well as friends and colleagues.

The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Interium Hospice and Texas Oncology for the love and care they have shown Jarrell during this time and to everyone who has been so kind and thoughtful throughout this journey.
