Jessie Webb

Jessie Alma Tidwell Webb, age 91, of Odessa, TX, went home to be with her Lord on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017. She loved Easter more than any other religious holiday. She would be very pleased that she went home to her Lord on Easter.

There will be an open visitation at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with Graveside Service at 4:00 pm, Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Reverend Clydel Chapman officiating.

Jessie was born February 14, 1926 to Vergie Kelly Tidwell and Joe Tidwell, Sr. in Stephens County, TX. She married Elvis Webb on March 20, 1949.

Jessie is preceded in death by her parents, Vergie Kelly Tidwell and Joe Tidwell, Sr.; brothers, Allen, Miram and Orval Tidwell.

She is survived by her two children, Cathy Childers and her husband, Ernest H. Childers, Jr. and Larry Webb and his wife, Sherri; grandchildren, Cristy Childers and her husband, Jeff, Ernest Hamilton Childers III, Amy Leighanne Childers of Dallas, TX, Eric Webb, Jennifer House and her husband, Chris House of Odessa, TX and Regan Webb of Odessa, TX; great grandchildren, Kris Childers, Serenity Childers of Hurst, TX, Kaitlyn Childers, Sierra Childers of Waxahachie, TX, Ellanor Webb of Waco, TX, Bailey House, Madalyn House, Quade House and Rylee House all of Odessa, TX.

Pallbearers will be Eric Webb, Swede Dixon, Trey Childers, Chris House, Trevor White and Zane Womack. Honorary pallbearers are Kris Childers, Quade House and Rylee House.
