Jonathon Monroe

Jonathon Samuel Monroe, age 41, passed away in Ft. Worth, TX, on September 12, 2014.

Graveside services are on September 16, 2014 at Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home at 2 PM with Deacon Victor Lopez officiating.

Jonathan was born in Irving, TX, on September 8, 1973 to McGlennon and Beverly Ann Monroe. He was raised in Irving, TX, and graduated from Irving High School. He attended North Lake College in Irving, TX. He was employed by Judge Beans Restaurant for 10 years then Union Pacific Railroad from 2002 to 2014 as a conductor. He was a member of Masons, Lakeshore Baptist Church in Weatherford, TX.

He is survived by his mother, Beverly Monroe, step mother, Gail Sidwell Monroe, brothers, James Monroe, Jeremy Monroe, Vince and wife Mariah Sidwell, Brian and wife Jenny Sidwell, sister, Melanie and husband Brandon Meeks, Uncles, Larry and wife Sandra Smart, Chris Smart, Leonard and wife Sue Monroe, nephews, Jeremy Monroe II, Noah Sidwell, and Mitchell Meeks, Nieces, Torrie Sidwell, Hanna Sidwell and Bella Meeks, cousins, David Monroe, Mark Monroe, Amy Hassan and Becky Smart.
