Juan Samuel Urias, age 36, of Odessa, TX, passed away on March 10, 2018 in Houston, TX.

Rosary will be at 7:00 pm, Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am, Friday, March 16, 2018 at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Midland, TX, with Father Timothy Hayter officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Juan Urias was born October 17, 1981 to Juan Urias and Elodia Nissen in Odessa, TX. He attended school in Odessa and graduated from Odessa High School. He met his wife, Nayely Hernandez in April 2001 and they had three beautiful children together. He was self-employed and was owner of Big State Trucking for 8 years.

Juan is preceded in death by his grandfather, Benito Urias; grandmother, Carmen Urias; father, Juan Urias; cousin, Ramon Urias; uncle Mario Urias; grandmother, Valentina Gonzales; grandfather, Daniel Alvarado; aunt, Maria Del Refugio; uncles, Jose Luis Alvarado and Miguel Alvarado..

He is survived by his loving wife, Nayely Urias; children, Alexis Urias, Julian Urias, Nathan Urias; sisters, Vanessa Montes, Amy Urias, Johanna Hernandez, Angelica Nissen, Marisol Aguirre, Yulissa Hernandez; brothers, Allen Urias, Jose Luis Pando and his mother, Elodia Nissen.

Pallbearers will be Victor Urias, Justin Cortez, Julian Urias, Javis Urias, Jose Luis Pando, Christian Puente, Edward Salgado, Jr. and Allen Urias.
