June Roberson

June Gilliam Roberson, age 69, of Odessa, TX, passed away on April 7, 2019 in Odessa.

June was born August 21, 1949 to Wayne Douglas Curley and Mary Louis Gilliam. She graduated from Permian High School in 1967. She married Freddy Roberson January 24, 1975 in Odessa.

June was a loving devoted mother and homemaker to her four children. She continued caring for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren until her final days.

June was deeply passionate about her charitable work. During her lifetime June was involved with the Boys and Girls Club of Odessa, Meals on Wheels, the Junior League Rainbow Room and the Symphony Guild.

June is preceded in death by her baby sister, Laura Lee Gilliam and her brother in law, Frank Valdez.

She is survived by her husband, Freddy Roberson of Odessa, TX; her children, Devra Reaves, Cory and Stephanie Roberson of Odessa, TX, Amanda and Danny delMas of Edmond, Oklahoma, Roxann and Josh Lujan of Odessa, TX; her parents, Wayne Douglas and Mary Lois Gilliam of Comanche, TX; her brother, Butch "Dougie" and Carrie Gilliam and their children of Odessa, TX; sister Ann and Ronnie Self and their children of Odessa, TX; grandchildren, Mallorey Silva, Michael Magnus Silva, Katelyn Grant, Bailey Roberson, Kylee Roberson, Gaven delMas, Barrick "Bear" delMas, Zayne Lujan and Zoey Lujan; great grandchildren, Zachary Silva and Ryleigh Grant; Mary Ella Valdez and family, Charles and Susan Roberson and Family.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM, Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Father Tim officiating.
