Kenneth Michael Hall, age 66, passed away Monday, May 10, 2010 in Odessa.
He was born August 28, 1943 in Knoxville, Tennessee to Kenneth Wesley Hall and Ruth Matheny Hall.
He spent twenty one years in the U.S. Navy serving the longest on the fastattack development submarine Parche, the most decorated ship in the U.S. Navy. After he retired from the Navy, he worked for Texas Instruments and designed the guidance system for the Patriot Missile. He enjoyed hunting, reloading, sleeping through Sunday football games and NASCAR races, and cuddling with his dog Sassey.
Survivors include his wife, Faye Hall of Odessa daughter, Robin Hall of Abilene sister, Patricia Joye of Clayton, North Crolina granddaughters, Mandy and husband Wes Callaway Of Odessa, Missy Bailey, Sarah Russell, Megan Bradley, Jullian Hanson and their spouses grandsons Charles Stanley, Jeremy Hanson and Ricky Hanson soninlaw, Randy Hanson of McAllen, Texas.
He was predeceased by his parents, his son, John Hall and his oldest daughter Michelle Hanson.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Jimmy Braswell officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
