Kyle Watts

Kyle Dee Watts, 59, joined his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 30, 2008. Kyle was born on November 4, 1948 in Pecos, TX to Kyle and Tommie Ruth Watts. He married Karen McLain in1967 in Pecos, TX. Kyle and his family moved from Pecos to Odessa in 1979. He is retired from Phillips Petroleum.

He was a faithful Christ follower and a member of Stonegate Fellowship in Midland, TX and leaves a legacy of integrity and great faith in God. Forty-one years of marriage to Karen is just one of the many ways his faithfulness was shown. He demonstrated hospitality by opening his home to family and friends alike. His passions included reading, operating Ham radios, taking his grandchildren on camping and fishing trips, and most recently, riding motorcycles.

He is survived by his wife Karen Watts of Odessa, TX, and his two sons, Anthony Clinton Watts and John Clayton Watts both of Midland, TX, niece; Londa Hankins of Lubbock, TX, 13 grandchildren, and numerous other nieces and nephews.

A Memorial service will be 11:00 AM Friday, August 1, 2008 at Stonegate Fellowship with John Theisen officiating.
