Larry Anderson

Larry Don Anderson, age 64, of Odessa, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, July 18, 2013 in Odessa, Texas.

He was born January 29, 1949 in Mansfield, Louisiana to L. B. Anderson and Mary Alice Anderson. He graduated from Mansfield High School. He was employed by Engineered Pipeline System, Inc. from 19992011.

Larry is preceded in death by his grandparents, W.F. Anderson and Granny Anderson, R.E. Thigpen and Josephine Binning Thigpen, his parents, L.B. Anderson and Mary Alice Thigpen Anderson and a brother, Linwood Wayne Anderson, Sr.

Survivors include his brothers, Charles W. Anderson and wife Linda of Odessa and Roy Joe Anderson of Carencro, Louisiana many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, a great great niece and a great great nephew.

Funeral services are planned for Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Ivy Shelton officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

The family would like to give special thanks to Larrys Health Care Providers at Medical Center Hospital and Hospice House for all their help during the past two months, and a special thanks to all his friends and relatives. In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to Hospice House of Odessa.
