Loretta Steen

Loretta Steen, age 97 of Odessa, passed away Friday, September 21, 2012 in Odessa.
She was born November 25, 1914 in Olustee, Oklahoma to the late William Tidwell and Addie Jones Tidwell.

Survivors include her daughters, Aretta Musick and her husband Lonnie, and Elaine Vickers, all of Odessa, her sons, Bill Steen, Freddy Steen, and Larry Steen and his wife Hope all of Odessa, Ben Steen and wife Sue of Mineola, Texas, her sisters, Etta Jackson of Comanche and Betty Chaney of Odessa and her brother, Bill Tidwell of Midland. She is also survived by a host of grandchildren, greatgrandchildren and greatgreatgrandchildren and a multitude of nephews and nieces.

Loretta is preceded in death by her husband Jess Steen and her son Lonney Steen.
She was a Licensed Minister and won many souls to the Lord. The most important thing and also the love of her life was her jail ministry.

Visitation will be Wednesday, September 26, 2012 from 68p.m. at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10am, Thursday, September, 27, 2012 at Living Word Church at Santa Rosa and Kermit Hwy. Odessa, Texas.
