Lula Morgan

Lula Faye Huff Morgan of Midland, TX, passed away on June 18, 2015 in Midland.

Faye Morgan was born on December 30, 1922 in Rising Star, TX to Matt and Hollis Kitchens Huff.
Faye married Frank Ellis Morgan on June 6, 1942 in Frederick, OK. They made their home in west TX, living in Odessa, Andrews and Midland. They raised three sons together. She enjoyed needlework and quilting. In their later years, she and Frank loved ballroom dancing. For many years she was employed at Peyton's Toy Store.

Faye is preceded in death by her loving husband of 68 years, Frank Morgan; son, Johnny Matt Morgan; brothers, Dean Huff, Sam Huff, Lee Huff, Bill Huff and sister, Mary Huff Redman.

She is survived by sons, Frank Sherwin Morgan and his wife, Lou of Copperas Cove, TX, Tommy Glynn Morgan and his wife, Gail of Austin, TX; daughter-in-law, Carole Morgan of Midland, TX; brother, Glynn Huff and his wife Wanda of Jolly, TX; grandchildren, Michael Morgan, Rick Morgan and his wife, Kathy, Amy Morgan Sullivan and her husband, Dale, Sherwin Morgan, Rayla Morgan, Lance Morgan, Matthew Morgan and his wife, Tabatha, Mallie Morgan and six great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 1:30 to 3:30 pm, June 20, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home.

Graveside Services will be at 4:00, June 20, 2015 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Reverend Robert Kirk officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.
