Manuel Rodrigues Armendariz, 76, of Odessa, passed away on May 26, 2017 in Odessa, TX.

Prayer service will be at 7:00 p.m., Monday, May 29, 2017 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Chapel.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Chapel with Roy Leyva of Church in Odessa, officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home.

Manuel was born in Marfa, TX to Manuel and Margarita Armendariz on April 4, 1941. He went to school at Marfa High School. He married Rebecca Salcido on May 27, 1962 in Marfa, TX. He worked as a supervisor for the printing department at U.T.P.B. for 20 years. He then opened Mad Indian Printing Co. in 1995.

Manuel is preceded in death by his parents Manuel and Margarita Armendariz and brother Frank Armendariz.

Manuel is survived by his spouse Rebecca Armendariz; his children Buddy Joseph Armendariz, Edward Ray and Rosemary Armendariz, Eva Lois and Cesar Garcia, and David Mel Armendariz; sister Ramona Lara; grandchildren Bradley Joseph Armendariz, Adam Christopher Armendariz, Edward Ray Armendariz, Jr., Amanda Renee Salinas, Joshua Michael Mills, Jennifer Lea Mills, Andrea Jacqueline Garcia, Pablo Alberto Garcia and family, Maximiliana Armendariz, and Eliberta Armendariz; great-grandchildren Haylee, Braden, Jacie, Adelyn, Sailor and Blair.
