Margurette Mckinley

Margurette Mog Lanell McKinley, age 91, of Odessa, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2011 in Odessa.

She was born July 20, 1920 in Baird, Texas to John Thomas Miller and Katie Elizabeth Rose. She married Claude Lee McKinley, Sr. on June 16, 1940 in Potosi, Texas. She worked for Mark Knox Florist and was a homemaker.

She was loved by all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. This is not goodbye, its we will see you later

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Katie Miller her husband, Claude Lee McKinley, Sr. her son, Claude Lee McKinley, Jr. sister, Lois Mendoza three brothers, Jackson, Jessie and Allen Miller and one great grandchild, Cody Lee Bailey.

She is survived by her daughter, Renee D. Joy and husband Ronald of Odessa son, John T. McKinley and wife Sandy of Florida thirteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and sister, Connie Tucker of Azle, Texas.

Visitation with the family will be 68 PM Friday, November 25, 2011 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 26, 2011 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Corey Nathan Joy, of Grace Fellowship Church in Largo, Florida, officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
