Marilyn Bond

Marilyn L. Bond, age 89, died on April 3, 2015 on Good Friday at home in Tomball, Tx.

Graveside Services will be held at 1:00pm Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Odessa, Tx.

Lynn was born December 8, 1925 in Hutchinson, Kansas to Earl and Ethel Lawrence. She married A.D. Bond Jr. April 20, 1946 in Dallas. Her son Gregg was born June 2, 1963. The family moved to Odessa Texas in 1964. She continued working as a nurse at Medical Center Hospital. She later received her RN and certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for 14 years. She was active in the Boy Scouts of America serving as a Den Mother. She later became a Radiation Safety Officer for Cardinal Surveys until she retired at 65. She moved with her son to Tomball Tx, in 2002.

Lynn is preceded in death by her husband, A.D. Bond Jr.

She is survived by her son, Greggory A. Bond; grandson, Erick Bond; granddaughter, Sarah Nicole Cerda; great-grandson, Mario Jr. Cerda.

The Family suggests memorials go to M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and Houston Methodist Hospital Heart and Vascular Center.
