Mark was born in Seattle, Washington to George and Darleen Vickers on October 19, 1955. He went to school at Artesia High School in Lakewood, California. Mark married Carolyn Renick on July 4, 1981, in The Little White Chapel in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was the love of his life and came with three little boys he loved as his own. He was a hardworking man, beginning with a job pumping gas at Texaco while still in high school. Soon he made his way to Texas and the oilfields in 1977.
Mark became a driller and traveled overseas. He went to work at El Paso Products, then retired to become a full-time owner of Superior Oilfield Supply with Tony, his son. He purchased Leek Fire and Safety, then Vico Safety Solutions, running them successfully to this day.
Mark was a man true to his Catholic faith. He was the best dad anyone could want and the best brother, ever. He loved fishing, he loved Jesus, and he was an avid Tommy Bahama shirt collector. Mark was a loyal and faithful friend, kind and compassionate. He will be missed by many.
Mark is preceded in death by Carolyn Renick, Darleen Vickers, and Vincent McClinton.

He is also survived by grandchildren, Beau McClinton, Chase McClinton, Tiffany Bowen, Tommy McClinton, Megan McClinton, Brooklyn McClinton, Baleigh McClinton, Gianni McClinton, as well as numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and thousands of friends because if you knew Mark, he was a friend.
