Martha Copley

Martha Gene Copley, age 69, of Odessa, TX, passed away on November 30, 2018 in Odessa.

Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 PM, Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be at 4:00 PM, Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Lonnie Hamil officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Martha was born October 8, 1949 to Huey Clyde Hamil and Roberta (Kidd) Hamil. She attended Permian High School. Martha married Eddy Copley on December 4, 1972. She was a volunteer in the public schools and was a bus driver for ECISD.

Martha is preceded in death by her loving husband, Marion "Eddy" Copley; her father, Huey Clyde Hamil; her brother, Robert Hamil and her sister, Roberta Hanson.

She is survived by her daughter, Martha Day and her husband, Johnny; son, Marion "Eddy" Copley Jr.; her mother, Roberta Hamil; her brother, Tommy Hamil; her grandsons, Marion Rueben Copley, Braiden Ray Copley, Mason James Leslie Copley and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be: Johnny Day, Damian Porter, Bert Johnston, Lonnie Worthington, Johnny Hanson and Eddy Copley, Jr.
