Michael Haney

Michael Dean Haney, age 55, of Odessa, TX, passed away on February 11, 2015 in Odessa.

Family visitation will be from 2:00-4:00 pm on Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home.

Graveside Services will be at 4:00 PM on Monday, February 16, 2015 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Reverend Clydel Chapman of Northside Baptist Church officiating.

Mike was born in Stamford, TX to Buck and Viola Haney on July 10, 1959. Mike graduated from Odessa High School where he was Drum Major. He was a graduate from Odessa College. He worked as a medical Laboratory Scientist for Medical Center Hospital for over 30 years.

Mike is preceded in death by his mother, Viola Haney; father, Buck Haney; sister, Blanche Adams and his niece, Stormy Bartley.

Mike is survived by his brother, Buck Haney and his wife Sharon; Nieces, Teresa Adams and companion Susan Moffatt, Dristy Bailey and spouse Bryan Mueller; nephew, Buck Haney Jr. and his wife Janie Haney; great nieces and nephews, Brittney, Andrea, Jason, Ryan, Casey and extended family members.
