Michael Blake Helms, 21, of Odessa, TX passed away on Friday, April 26, 2013 in Odessa, TX.

Visitations will be Monday, April 29, 2013 from 6 8 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home. .Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at Second Baptist Church with Billy Davenport officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Michael Blake Helms was born May 15, 1991 to Tammy and father figure, Danny Tyre in Andrews, TX. He worked as a swamper at WW. Michael lived life to the fullest. He loved his daughter more than anything in the world. He treated his brothers, nieces nephews as his own children. He was someone that lit up the room he walked in always had a smile on his face. He was always trying to make someone laugh. You could always count on Michael when you needed help. He often referred to himself as AWESOME, which is how he will be remembered.

Survivors include his mother, Tammy and father, Robert Helms from Andrews, TX father figure, uncle Danny Tyre his daughter, Breena Helms brothers, Cameron Helms, Hunter Tyre, and Danny Bell sister, Brittany Helms cousins, KK Tyre, DJ Tyre, Teira Ruiz, Free Helms, Kenneth Mitchell, Brianna Mitchell, Daniel Davenport aunt, Heather Hagar uncle, Billy Davenport nieces, Madison Moon, Leia Sosa, Ava Ruiz, Emerie Needham and Melody Needham nephew, Monster Ian Moon grandmother, Kathy Dosier great grandmother, Myrtle Davenport and grandfather, Johnny Helms.
