Mildred Cunningham

Mildred Millie Genevieve Cunningham, age 82, passed away Friday, February 12, 2010 at her home in Odessa.

Millie was born October 11, 1927 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Robert L. Sutton and Viola Quick Sutton. She moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1942 and attended Phoenix Union High School. She met her husband, Jack L. Cunningham at a Baptist Church in 1943. They were married March 15, 1944 in Tempe, Arizona. She was a member of the Jal, New Mexico Order of the Eastern Star and Crescent Park Baptist Church in Odessa.

Survivors include her husband, Jack L Cunningham of Odessa her son, Jack L. Cunningham, Jr and his wife Twilla of Dallas, Texas her daughter, Linda Diane Goodgame and her husband Buddy of Tuscola, Texas her grandchildren, Michael Cunningham, Scott Cunningham, both of Dallas, Adam Goodgame of Midland and David Goodgame of Dallas and 10 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, February 15, 2010 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with her soninlaw, Reverend Buddy Goodgame officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Adam Goodgame, David Goodgame, Michael Cunningham, Scott Cunningham, Joe Melton and Bill Bowhay.
