Morris Rubenstein

Morris T. Rubenstein, 83, of Midland & Odessa Texas, passed away on August 20, 2015 in
Midland, Texas.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00pm, Sunday, August 23, 2015 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home in Odessa. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Morris was born in Elloree, South Carolina on February 3, 1932. He attended the University of South Carolina and then served as a 2nd Lt., in the Air Force.

Morris, a Midland /Odessa resident since 1983, was the President & Owner of Marco Steel & Aluminum Company with locations in Midland, Lubbock & Albuquerque. He was a long time member and supporter of the local business community. Morris built the company from the ground 'up'. He was proud and honored by all his business relationships, customers and suppliers. He treated employees like family and was famous for saying " If you take care of the company, the company will take care of you".

Morris is survived by his wife Nancy, of 28 years, his 3 children and 5 grandchildren, and his 4 children, 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild by marriage. He is also survived by 1 brother and many nieces and nephews.

The family requests memorial gifts be given to a charity of choice.
