Nayab Ahmed Chohan of Odessa, Texas was born and passed away January 24, 2012 at Medical Center Hospital.

Our precious baby boy was too perfect for this world. May our little angel live in peace and good health in heaven.

He is survived by his parents, Qamar Subhani of Lahore, Pakistan and Nikki Perry of Odessa, Texas, Paternal Grandfather Bashir Chohan of Lahore, Pakistan, Maternal Grandparents John and Gwen Perry of Odessa, Texas, Great Grandparents, Bill and Sharon Wallace of Odessa, Texas, Aunts: Basharat Khalid, Tayyaba Arshad, Sadia Suhail, Samia Zafar From Pakistan. Aunt Chelsea Perry from Odessa, Texas, Ayesha Rodriguez of Houston, Texas. Uncles: Zafar Subhani, Umer Chohan of Pakistan, Amer Chohan of Houston, Texas. Uncle Michael Perry from Odessa, Texas. Nayab is also survived by many great aunts, great uncles and cousins.

Burial was 2:00 p.m. January 26, 2012 at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
