Nelda Winkler

Nelda Winkler, 67 passed from this earth on Saturday, August 14, 2010 in Odessa, TX. She was born to Bill Sanford Green and Georgia Meredith Daylong Green on February 24, 1943 in Coleman, TX. On October 8, 1960 she married the love of her life Darwin Wayne Winkler in Midland, TX. Nelda was a faithful wife, loving mother and grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Wayne and by her daughter Darla Bushong.

She is survived by her sons: Darwin, Bruce, and Kent Winkler three brothers, Billy, Don and Larry Green sister, Celeste Skidmore seven grandchildren and one greatgrandchild.

Although we will miss her greatly, we take great comfort in knowing she is with our father in heaven.

There will be a visitation Monday, 6:00 8:00 August 16, 2010 at Sunset Funeral Home. A graveside service will be on Tuesday, 10 AM at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Dennis Dillon officiating.
