Neva Carrigan

Neva Carrigan of Odessa, TX passed away on July 07, 2016 in Odessa, TX.

Neva was born in Vera, TX to Matison and Leatha Wood, on November 28, 1929. She married Harold Carrigan on January 07, 1949 in Llano, TX. She worked at various jobs from department store clerk and retiring as office manager from a local stock brokerage firm. Neva was a faithful child of God her entire life. She was an avid fan of the Mighty Mojo, Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers.

Neva is preceded in death by her father, mother, 4 brothers and 5 sisters and 1 granddaughter. Neva is survived by her husband Harold Carrigan, daughter, Linda Collum and husband Jimmy of Odessa, son, Michael Carrigan of Odessa. Additional survivors include three grandchildren and eight great grandchildren, and one special niece and friend Louann Rabe.

Visitation will be 6 to 8 PM, Monday, July 11 at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Odessa, TX.

Funeral Services will be held 10 AM, Tuesday, July 12, 2016 with Allen Weakland of Eisenhower Church of Christ, officiating. Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial Gardens, burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Todd Pradon, Jason Collum, Justin Collum, Christian Carrigan, and Jacob Collum.

The family of Neva wishes to extend our sincere thanks to all her care givers at Odessa Medical Center and a special thanks to Doctor Javier Guardado.
