Norma Ybarra

Norma Villarreal Ybarra, age 71, of Odessa, passed away Monday, February 13, 2012 in Odessa.

She was born January 6, 1941 in Edcouch, Texas to Reducindo Villarreal and Antonia Villarreal. She was raised in Odessa and worked for Devonian Well Service for many years and traveled to many places with Betty McManigle. She enjoyed life and doing what she pleased to the fullest. She loved her grandchildren very much. She was Catholic and a Guadalupana for Our Lady of San Juan Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Felix Ybarra her parents, Reducindo and Antonia Villarreal six brothers, and six sisters.

Survivors include her brother, Reducindo Villarreal sister, Pana Garza and her twin sister Nora Hernandez three daughters, Diana Gamboa and husband Adam, Delva Jacobo and husband Jose, Mary Hernandez and husband Joel a son, Ruben Ybarra 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Rosary will be at 7:00 PM Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home. Mass is scheduled for 10:00 AM Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Our Lady of San Juan Catholic Church with Father Mark Woodruff officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Mom, we will always love you and you will be in our hearts forever.
