Pansy Wilson

Pansy Pat Wilson went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, September 28, 2010.

She was born on April 23, 1932 in Eola, Texas to Thomas Claude and Etta Mae Brown. She married Bernie Clyde Wilson on August 13, 1951 in Carlsbad, NM. She lived most of her adult life in Odessa, Texas. Pat enjoyed watching her hummingbirds, attending her church, Highway Temple Assembly of God, listening to gospel music and watching OHS football games.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Wilson, stepdaughter, Ruby McGee and brother, J.A. Brown.

Pat is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Wight and her husband, Bill,
of Odessa, Texas and Clydene Baca and her husband, Peter, of Carrizozo, New Mexico stepdaughters Roxie Cain of Iowa and Lenette Fowler of Crosbyton, TX sisters, Eunice Laul of San Antonio, Texas and Claudia Cole of Oklahoma her brother, T.C. Brown of Pondray, Idaho grandchildren, Dathan Hull and his wife, Marie, of Pflugerville, Texas, Caleb Hull of Las Cruces, NM, Charity Hull of Las Cruces, New Mexico Jason Wight and his wife Amanda, of Odessa, Texas, Jessica Washington and her husband, Tyler, of Tubbs Corner, Texas, Clyde McGee and his wife, Mary, and Kathalene Swindle and her husband, Rick, all of Odessa, Texas and numerous other stepgrandchildren. Great grandchildren, Bailey and Colton Wight, Braydon Washington, Victoria and Dallas Swindle, Sean McGee and numerous other stepgreat grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Special Thanks to Rhonda Garcia for all of her support, love and care. Also, a special thank you to all of Pats church family.

Visitation with the family will be 57 PM Friday, October 1, 2010 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Betty Yochum officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers will be Dathan Hull, Caleb Hull, Jason Wight, and Tyler Washington. Honorary pallbearer will be Sammy Macias.
