Patricia (Patty) White

Patricia (Patty) White, age 66, passed away December 5, 2020 after a brief illness.

Patty was born December 3, 1954 in Odessa, Texas to James and Frankie Rush and was raised in Odessa.  Patricia graduated from Permian High School.  She married Ronnie White and raised three children.  Patty was an active lifelong member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Odessa.  Patty worked for ECISD in various capacities during her life.

Patty is preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie White; parents, James and Frankie Rush; and sisters, Kathy Rush and Debbie Litz.

Patty is survived by her children, Fr. Rodney White of Midland, James White of Odessa, and Meagan McLearan of Odessa; as well as her grandchildren, Cody, Mishala, Ashlynn, and Jaxon.

Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 5:00 PM, Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, December 17, 2020 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Bishop Michael Sis and Father Rodney White officiating.  Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.  Strick masking and social distancing protocols will be enforced at both events.
