Patsy Mcgee

Patsy Joy McGee, 76, of Odessa, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2012 in Odessa, Texas. Patsy McGee was born in Coleman, Texas on October 2, 1935 to Floyd and Edna Corder. Patsy was a homemaker and devoted member of Second Baptist Church where she spent much of her free time volunteering. She enjoyed reading, craftmaking, listening to countrygospel music and spending time with her beloved family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Floyd Franklin and Edna Adella Pierce Corder brothers Bobby and Dodie Corder sister Loyce niece Dana and daughter in law Janis McGee.

She is survived by her husband, Johnny McGee two sons, Jim McGee and Jerry and his wife Nikki McGee, all of Odessa, TX three grandchildren, Joel and wife Lisa McGee , Jana McGee and Jody McGee two great grandsons, Taylor House and Kobe Eroles and six great granddaughters, Katelan House, Madison McGee, Emily McGee, Braelynn McGee, Aubrey McGee and Amelia McGee. She is also survived by her two sisters, Joyce and her husband John Crabtree of Monahans TX, and Betty Parker of San Angelo TX sister in laws Wanda and Betty Lou Corder and many special nieces and nephews.

The family visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Sunday, February 12, 2012 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 13, 2012 at Second Baptist Church in Odessa, TX at 2:00 P.M. with Randy Duckett officiating, and interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Odessa, TX.

Pallbearers will be Bobby Corder, Brent Daniels, Randy Crabtree, Franky Crabtree, Ernie Eaton and Robert Weber.
