Paul Sibert

Paul Thomas Sibert, age 70, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at his home in Odessa.

He was born August 15, 1939 in Hollywood, California to Theodore Charles Sibert and Mae Agnes Swank. After 20 years of military service, Paul retired from the U.S. Air Force where he worked as a Jet Engine Technician.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Bob Sibert and Donald Sibert and his daughter, Susan Sibert.

He is survived by his long time care taker and best friend, Fredia Shook of Odessa, and his brother, Richard Sibert of Palo Alto, California.

Visitation with the family will be 57 PM Thursday, February 11, 2010 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 PM Friday, February 12, 2010 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, with Dave Adkins, of Circle J Cowboy Church officiating. Graveside services with Military Honors will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

The family wishes to thank the Basin AA Club of Odessa for all their support. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to Hospice House, 903 Sam Houston in Odessa 79761.
