Peggy Busby

Peggy Busby, age 93, of Odessa, passed away Thursday, December 27, 2012 in Odessa.

She was born March 16, 1919 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She was raised in Wichita Falls where she married Roy Busby. She worked as a church secretary for 10th and Broad Church of Christ. She moved to Hobbs, Oil Center, then to Eunice, New Mexico, where she lived for many years and was an Avon Salesperson. She moved to Odessa in 2002.

She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Busby in 1987 her granddaughter, Katherine Wallace two brothers and a sister.

Survivors include her daughter, Linda Koehn and husband Mark of Odessa great grandchildren, Zachary and Matthew Wallace.

Visitation with the family will be 24 PM Sunday, December 30, 2012 in Sunset Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Monday, December 31, 2012 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Lynn Money officiating. Burial will be at 3:00 PM in Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Hobbs, New Mexico.

The family requests memorials be directed to Odessa Christian School, 2000 Doran, Odessa, Texas 79761.
