Peggy Lee

Peggy Grace Lee passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at the age of 87.

Peggy was born on August 5, 1935, in Hominy, Oklahoma, to Annis Ray & Charles Ralph Orr.

Visitation and viewing hours are from 6pm to 8pm Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 30, 2023, at 10:00 AM, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home chapel. David Newton is officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Peggy married Carroll Lavern Lee on September 14, 1954, in Hominy Oklahoma. They were married for 69 years.

Peggy is survived by her husband Carroll L. and by three children, Larry Lee & wife Colleen, Jerry Lee & wife Melinda, and Sandra Cagle & husband Chris. Peggy had 6 grandchildren, Clinton Lee & wife Cassie, Dustin Lee & wife Judy, Matt Lee, Chad Cagle & wife Sierra, Brice Cagle & wife Mari, Ashly Pipes & husband Steven, and also 8 great grandchildren.

Peggy & Carroll lived in Tulsa, OK, New Iberia, LA, and New Orleans, LA. They moved to Odessa in 1971.

Peggy graduated from UTPB in 1974 with Bachelor of Arts degree.

Peggy and Carroll started Apollo Perforators Inc. in 1981 and have remained owners for 42 years.

Peggy loved to travel and travelled all over the world. Her favorite activity was living at their ranch in Bronte, Tx.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Permian Basin Rehab Center in Odessa, Texas.
