A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at 2:00 PM, at Mid Cities Church, 8700 State Hwy. 191 Midland, TX 79707

Perry was born in Brownfield TX to Louis Lee and Flodell Todd on 12/26/1954.  He grew up in Brownfield and graduated from Brownfield High School in 1973.  He attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX.

He moved to Odessa in 1982 and was assistant manager at “The Shoe Box” in Odessa where he met his wife, Stephanie Allen.  They were married December 8, 1984.

In 1995, Perry and Stephanie started “Affirmed First Aid and Safety” in Odessa which they continue to own and operate.

Perry was preceded in death by his parents, two precious children, a son Chase Allen Todd and daughter Ashley Breann Todd.

He is survived by his wife, Stephanie, son, Dylan Todd and wife Ali and grandchildren, Norah, Connor, and Finn of Midland, his daughters, Taylor Todd and Madison Todd of Austin, father in law, Bill Allen and wife Ellen of Granbury, sisters, Trish Bingham and husband Vernon of Colleyville, Treva Blair and husband Mike of Lubbock, and Beverly Martin of Granbury, and many cousins, nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, and many friends.
