Raymond Ochoa Gonzales, age 58, passed away Monday, May 21, 2012 in Odessa, Texas.
He was born October 8, 1953 in Sanderson, Texas to Roman M. Gonzales and Alicia Ochoa Gonzales. He was raised in San Angelo, Texas. He was a superintendent for Lone Star Gas for 25 years. In 1972, he was voted Most Outstanding Man of America.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his stepfather, Paul Chavez, and his brother, Steven Gonzales.
Survivors are his daughters, Anyssa Gonzales and Sierra Gonzales sisters, Susie Nelson, Elva Sanchez, Merle Cuellar, Mary Alice Hudson, Lucy Gonzales, Sonya Charez, and Debbie Padilla brothers, Roman Gonzales and Paul Chavez, Jr. and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services are scheduled for 4:00 PM Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel.
