Richard Golden

Richard "Rick" Dale Golden, 58, of Odessa, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2016 in Odessa.

Richard was born September 10, 1957 to Howard Collins Golden and Doris M. Golden in Odessa.

Rick attended OHS in 1976 and was employed by the City of Odessa for many years. Rick was a Baptist. Rick enjoyed bull riding, rodeos and especially spending time with family.

Richard is survived by two sons Richard Ryan and his wife Sybil Jean Golden and Christopher Paul and his wife Maritza Calbillo Golden; grandchildren Ashley Golden, Keilah Udave, Caiden Golden, Kyla Golden, Nayelie Calbillo, and Nyvan Golden; four brothers and sisters, Linda Cooper, Terry Golden, Neva Brown and Keith Golden; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 10, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 10:00 am at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend James McCrary of First Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements are under the direction of Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home.
