Robert Franklin

Robert Bobby Earl Franklin 59, passed away November 22, 2008, he was born June 30, 1949 to Richard and Norma Franklin. He worked at Katy for twenty five years and retired from Katy.

He is survived by his wife Janet Franklin; sons, Roger Franklin and wife Turlaina, Richard Franklin and wife Shelley Franklin; daughters, Tammy Chorney and husband Kevin; Kim Osborn and husband Edwin; sister, Carol Hutson and husband Rock; nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild and many nieces, nephews, family and many people that loved and cared about him.

Your time on earth seemed all to brief. I wanted you in my life forever and although I really miss you in my heart I know that you are at peace still countless times thought I cannot see or hear you. I know that you are with me Ill feel you in the warmth of the summer sun. Ill see you in the brilliance of autumn leaves. You will be beside us in the peacefulness of a snowfall and rejoice with us at the emergence of the first flower of spring. I am thankful for the times we shared together and the priceless memories. Those memories are a comfort when we lovingly remember you.

We will greatly miss you.

Graveside service will be held on Tuesday November 25, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Craig DeArmond officiating. Visitation will be Monday, November 24, 2008 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
