Robert Edgar Keith Bob of Odessa, passed away on Sunday, September 22nd in Odessa.

Viewing will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens Funeral Home at 6801 East Business 20 in Odessa.

Memorial services will be held at one P.M., Friday, September 27th at First Christian Church Odessa with Pastor David Newton of Cross Roads Fellowship Church and interim Pastor Norman P. Stolpe of First Christian Church.
Bob was born in Springtown, Texas to Arville Blanche Keith on January 21, 1935. He married Jeanne Ellen Copen on December 4, 1954 in Round Rock, Texas. He was part owner of Motion Equipment in Odessa, Texas for over thirty years. He was as avid sportsman and loved the mountains. He and Jeanne lived in Ruidoso, New Mexico for number of years after retirement. He served on the Alto Country Club board in various capacities while in Alto. In his retirement he and Jeanne loved horse racing and even shared in ownership of race horses. They would travel to watch the horses race in El Paso, Ruidoso and Hobbs. Bob also enjoyed in the past few years the time on the computer to reestablish with classmates and business associates thru emails. He also had become quite a cook and always looked for the best deals at the supermarkets. He loved life, was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend to many. He will be missed but his memories continue on.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents Arville and Blanche Keith.

Bob is survived by his wife, Jeanne, the love of his life and his four children: Austin Keith wife Michelle, Chris Keith wife Jill, Colleen Gray, Colette Kramer husband Bryan . Grandchildren Jeffrey Keith wife Shelbi of Los Angeles, Katy Howell and husband James of Philadelphia, Christopher Keith, Courtney Keith of Ft Worth. Reagan Kramer, Jarrett Gray and Austin Gray, all of Odessa. Three great grandchildren. Bobs brother Jerry Keith and his wife Betsy of Graham, Texas.

Honorary Pallbearers are Dub Kennedy, Philip Godwin, Dick Davenport, Don Murray, Herb McCrary Larry Briley.

The family requests in lieu of flowers memorials to your favorite charity.

The family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Raj Patel, Dr. P.K. Patel and all the nurses and staff of Midland Memorial Hospital.
