Robert Leroy Marshall, Jr. 65, of Odessa, passed away June 23, 2009 in Florida.

He was born July 14, 1943 in Dayton, Ohio to Robert L. Marshall, Sr. and Martha Creath Marshall. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked in the medical field as a nurse.

He is survived by his loving companion and care giver, Noah Alexander of Odessa; two brothers, Daniel and Sharon Marshall and Dusty and Kathy Marshall, all of Odessa; five nieces, Shelly Heisler, Kelly Baker, Lynda Ussery, Jeannine Hanks, Juli Marshall and one great niece Victoria Baker.

Graveside services with VFW military honors are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 16, 2009 at Sunset Memorial Gardens, with Comanche Chief Louis Tijerina, officiating.
