He was born October 27, 1923 in Gatesville, Texas to Henry Williams and Roxie Rose Williams.

Visitation with the family will be 10:00 to 12:00 AM Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at Sunset Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow the visitation at 1:00 PM Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
