Rosemary McNatt was born March 27, 1941 in Gholson, TX to James and Gertrude Hill.
She was called home to be with her Lord on Thursday, April 16, 2015.
She graduated from Odessa High School in 1959. Rosemary met her husband, Don McNatt, at the Texas State Fair and they were married on December 27, 1960. They were married for 54 years. One from Odessa, TX and the other from Odessa, MO.
Rosemary was a member of Kingston Ave. Baptist Church in Odessa, TX. She was a homemaker, Girl Scout Leader and loved to volunteer her time to The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and as a school VIP. She loved to bowl and was a member and officer of the "Tuesday Night Ladies Trio" at Busby's Lanes for many years. She loved her family and friends and she never met a stranger. She took her kids and grandchildren's friends in as her own. Her grandchildren were her world and she was very proud of all of their accolades.
Rosemary is preceded in death by her parents James Lawrence and Gertrude Hill, sister Jeanine Clark and brother James (Butch) Hill.
Rosemary (Gaki, named by her grandchildren), is survived by husband Don McNatt (Gumpy, named by his grandchildren), daughter Lisa Rowan, son Donnie McNatt and wife Heather, sister Pam Frady and husband Don, brother-in-law William McNatt and wife Jeanie, grand-children Amanda Rowan and Tony Carman, Michael McNatt and Regan McNatt. Also, many cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends that she loved so much.
Pallbearers will be Jim Hill, Mark Clark, Darren Clark, Justin Clark, Brady Clark, Derek Clark, Don Frady and James Rowan.
Visitation will be held Sunday, April 19, 2015 from 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. at Sunset Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home in Odessa, TX. Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Monday, April 20, 2015 at Kingston Avenue Baptist Church with Dr. Jimmy Braswell officiating.
