Salda Ramirez Beseril, 73, lost her 4-year battle to cancer on Monday, February 20, 2023, at 12:20 AM in a local hospital surrounded by family and friends. She was born April 2, 1949, in the city of Los Fresnos, Texas. On May 4, 1974, she married George Beseril. Together they had two children Sandra and Michael. She was a high school graduate and attended Odessa College. She worked for Ector County School District until retirement.
She enjoyed working with children and helping people. Her favorite years of her life were attending congregation meetings at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses and traveling to annual Texas Watchtower Conventions. As a Jehovah Witness, she dedicated a lot of time in the pioneer ministry studying the Bible with individuals. One of her greatest joys was being together with her husband and studying the Bible with families and their children at their homes. She enjoyed cooking large homemade meals for her family. She often single-handedly prepared special meals for large groups and invited family and friends. She enjoyed working outdoors, walking, landscaping, caring for trees, and tending to her beautiful rose garden. She liked listening to all genres of music, especially classical music. Her favorite music to dance to was 60s rock, western and Mexican cumbias. Her favorite TV show was evening ABC News with David Muir and old western shows. She treasured all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was so proud of each and every one of them. She loved talking to people and making them feel good and welcome. She touched the hearts of everyone she met. Her sweetness and kindness were always felt by others. Her positive and joyful attitude always shined in her. Her loving and caring ways made her a beautiful person inside and out. She was one of a kind, irreplaceable. We were blessed to have a mother, Wife, Sister, Aunt, and Friend like her. Survivors include her husband, George Beseril; daughter & son-in-law Sandra & Marty Kirby; and son Michael Beseril; her loving and dedicated sisters/brothers and spouses who were a constant support till the end: Janie Ybarra, Rachel Gabor, Berta Salas, Petra & Gabriel Garza, Irma & Robert Franco, Delia & Mario Hernandez, Christy & Freddy Sanchez, Julian & Elizabeth Beseril, Corina Molina, Alfred Beseril, Manuel & Aurora Ramirez, and Santos & Silva Ramirez; her grandchildren, Adrian, Jacqueline, Sebastian, & Annali Tarango, Isaac, Isaiah, and Kristien Beseril; her greatgrandchildren Alazea & Elijah Tarango.
