Salvador Jordan

Salvador “Sal” Jordan, 70, passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, in Odessa, Texas.

Visitation and viewing will be held at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, September 23, 2022. Recitation of the Rosary will start at 6:30 PM.  Funeral service will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Father Bernard Getigan officiating, Saturday, September 24, 2022, at 11:00 AM.

Salvador was born September 24, 1951.  Sal was a role model, mentor, and positive influence on many.  He was a hardworking man who was loyal and dedicated 26 years to Weatherford Int before retiring in 2018.  You can say semi-retired because shortly after retiring he helped his daughter start up Jordan Energy Service.  When Sal wasn’t working or doing yard work he would sit and relax in his shop drinking a cold beer.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.  His grandkids were his pride and joy.

Sal remained married to the love of his life 50 years and together they raised 3 beautiful children.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ramon and Raquel Jordan, his brother, Jorge Jordan, and his oldest son Ramon Jordan.

Sal is survived by his beloved wife, Minerva Jordan; his son, Bogar Jordan; his daughter, Karime Jordan; his brothers, Abelardo Jordan, and Lucas Jordan; sisters, Martha Colomo and Ana Jordan; grandkids, Santiago Jordan, Maria Jose Jordan, Natalia Lujan, and Brandon Jordan along with many cousins, nieces, and nephews he adored.
