Our beloved mother and grandmother, Shirley June Powers, went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, January 13, 2009. Born November 8,1935 in West, Texas. She was proceeded in death by sons, Billy Jack Washburn and Raymond Lee Washburn, mother Myrtle Mae Clark and father Robert Arnold Dunn, and brothers, B.F. Keats Dunn and Tony Dunn. BR BRGrandma has many family members who love her and will miss her very much. She is survived by her children Beatrice June Hatten and husband William Dale Hatten, Karen Sue Porter and husband Gary Porter and Ericka Reffner. Nine grandchildren Shirley Renee Brown, Nathan Washburn, Randy Hatten and wife Holly Hatten, Rebecca Brown and husband Rip Brown, Bradley Porter and wife Amanda Porter, Amanda Blake, Jennifer Potter and husband Clay Potter, Christopher Reffner and Stephen Reffner. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren. BR BRShe always took time to play with her children and grandchildren. She loved Bingo, Nintendo, garage sales, fishing and being outside. She will be dearly missed.

Visitation with the family is scheduled for Thursday, January 15, 2009 from 6-8 PM in Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.

Services will be held at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, January 16, 2009 at 2:00 PM, with Reverend Renee Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in Ector County Cemetery in Odessa.
